The Pacific AETC HIV Essentials and Quick Clinical Guides PDF was updated in May 2023 and approved by HRSA in summer 2023. The guides were developed and updated by a collaborative team of Bay Area clinicians who wanted brief guides and protocols for reference and teaching in busy clinical practices.

The guides in the collection can also be downloaded as separate documents:

• 2-pager on HIV testing, rapid ART, PEP and PrEP
• 2-pager on HIV health care maintenance
• And more detailed 3-6 page guides and protocols on:
  • HIV testing and disclosure
