Regional Case Managers meeting – October 10, 2024
Calling all Alameda/Contra Costa case managers, outreach workers, peer advocates, patient navigators and others who support people living with HIV OR people accessing prevention!
Come network with others in this field, stay up to date on program and medical information and access professional development opportunities.

- Learn how to refer Ryan White clients for free mental health services (individual, couple & group therapy)
- Identify needs of the unhoused community while transitioning from temporary/transitional to permanent housing
- Define the OARS skill of motivational interviewing and be able to practice the skills in a group setting.
