On April 24, 2026, East Bay Getting to Zero hosted the Spring 2026 East Bay HIV Care Continuum meeting via Zoom. The meeting was attended by over 50 people who provide a wide variety of HIV prevention, care and substance use services in the east bay.
Intention:
We aim to provide an open, inviting, and collaborative space for service providers, public health and community advocates.
Objectives:
- Summarize the landscape of housing services for people experiencing homelessness within the Alameda County Housing Continuum of Care
- Describe the process for referring to/enrolling in the Alameda County coordinated entry system
- Identify best practices in supporting clients through the coordinated entry process
