This workshop is hosted by East Bay Getting to Zero in collaboration with the Alameda County Department of Public Health and Pacific AIDS Education & Training Center – Bay Area. It will be the third virtual strategic planning meeting where we will continue to write up activities and outcomes/deliverables we want to work on while ensuring that we integrate core values, structural change and reach key communities in each activity.

Materials from the previous strategic planning meetings are posted here.

If you aren’t able to join us or have more to share, please use this form to share your input and feedback.

Work group discussions and writing will be the priority, and we plan to:
  • Write out activities and outcomes/deliverables in each strategic area.
  • Ensure that we are integrating core values, structural change and reaching key communities in each activity

The workshop agenda includes:

-Introductions, breathing/healing practice, meeting agreements (10 minutes)
-Working groups: focus on specific outcomes, activities and collaborations in each area (45 minutes)
-Report back, Q&A, wrap up and next steps (30 minutes)

This workshop will be a building block towards drafting a 5-year GTZ/EtHE strategic plan document which will be shared more widely during the December 4th World AIDS Day event.
