This workshop is hosted by East Bay Getting to Zero in collaboration with the Alameda County Department of Public Health and Pacific AIDS Education & Training Center – Bay Area. It will be the second virtual strategic planning meeting where we will discuss vision and ideas in each strategic area and begin to write out priorities and next steps to focus on over the next year.

Materials from the last strategic planning meeting held on 9/11 are posted here.

If you aren’t able to join us on 10/23, or have more to share, please use this form to provide further input on the strategic priorities while centering our key communities.

This will be a virtual strategic planning workshop to help us determine the strategic and funding priorities for Ending the HIV Epidemic.

Your voice is essential in this conversation. There will be time for large and small group discussion.
Here are some objectives for the workshop:
  • Discuss vision and ideas in each strategic area.
  • Write out priorities and next steps to focus on over the next year.
This workshop will be a building block towards drafting a 5-year GTZ/EtHE strategic plan document.
