On August 14, 2025, HIV service providers from around Alameda and Contra Costa counties gathered in the Redwood Room at the Alameda County office in San Leandro, CA for a Regional Case Managers meeting to learn from the team at Alameda Health System’s Road to Recovery and Bridge Clinic programs about their approaches to substance use treatment.
These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work.
Objectives for the August 2025 RCM meeting:
- Learn about the substance use disorder (SUD), behavioral health, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services available through Alameda Health System’s Road to Recovery program and the Bridge Clinic.
- Identify appropriate referral pathways for clients with substance use disorders (SUD) to access behavioral health and MAT services within Alameda Health System.
