On April 2nd, 2026, HIV service providers from around Alameda and Contra Costa counties gathered in San Leandro at the April 2026 Regional Case Managers meeting to learn and share information relating to services for formerly incarcerated people, housing options for people living with HIV and the importance of safe spaces for trans clients.
These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work.
Objectives for the April 2026 RCM meeting:
- Learn about Rubicon Programs’ services provided under the four pillars of Assets, Income, Wellness, and Connections and identify ways to refer clients to Rubicon’s services.
- Learn about the AIDS Housing Information Project/Eden I&R about low income housing options.
- Learn about the work TransVision does at Bay Area Community Health and participate in a discussion on how to create a safe space for transgender and gender expansive individuals in the work you do.
