Luke Johnson, MPA-HCA, is the Assistant Health Service Administrator and Supervisor of the MAT and Discharge Planning Program for Wellpath Medical Care at Alameda County Jail, Santa Rita. Mr Johnson also oversees the HIV/TG/Hepatitis C Clinic at Santa Rita Jail.
