BACH welcomes people living with HIV who are uninsured, on Medi-Cal, Alameda Alliance, Blue Cross, Medi-Care, Health Pac.

We welcome anybody who is looking for Harm Reduction supplies in a judgement free environment. Our services are FREE and you don’t have to be a patient at our clinic to access Harm Reduction supplies.

Bay Area Community Health also provides HIV/AIDS services funded by the Ryan White program such as: Ambulatory Medical Care, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Nutrition Services, Psych Social Support (support groups), Early Intervention Services. Hormone replacement therapy. PrEP and PEP assistance. Narcan, Syringe Access, Fentanyl/Xylazine testing strips.

We have a variety of support groups for PLWHA such as English and Spanish psychosocial, nutrition and substance abuse support groups

Required information for referrals:
Name, Release of information from previous provider, past labs, medication list, documentation of HIV + test result. Newly diagnosed- confirmation test results.
