Same-day access and availability:
Core services:
Assistance with insurance benefits counseling (Medi-Cal/Medicare, Health Pac, Covered CA); ADAP/OAHIP enrollment; Case Management Services; Transgender Program/Transvision services; Assistance with long-term/ short term housing (HOPWA); Transportation assistance to and from medical visits; Emergency Financial Assistance; PrEP and PEP available; Language line on-site interpretation
Additional services on-site:
We have a variety of support groups for PLWHA such as English and Spanish psychosocial, nutrition and substance abuse support groups

Required information for referrals:
Name, Release of information from previous provider, past labs, medication list, documentation of HIV + test result. Newly diagnosed- confirmation test results.

Highlighted Services

Tri-City Health Center also provides HIV/AIDS services funded by the Ryan White program such as: Ambulatory Medical Care, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Nutrition Services, Psych Social Support (support groups), Early Intervention Services
