People who are unhoused and do not have primary care elsewhere; uninsured or undocumented; Medi-Cal: plain, Alameda Alliance, Blue Cross; Medi-Care, Family PACT.

For new patients: drop in at TRUST during open hours (provide transportation as needed) and call Alicia or Jules so they can meet the patient in the waiting area for intake.

Open access same-day drop-ins are available Monday through Friday

HIV testing, oral and injectable PrEP, PEP, HIV treatment and care, STD testing and treatment, general primary care, buprenorphine/Suboxone, medical case management, Gender Affirming Care, MAT, Hepatitis C treatment.

Mental Health services, substance use counseling, podiatry, acupuncture, food, hygiene supplies, clothing, and harm reduction supplies

Dental and vision services.

LifeLong street outreach teams offer naloxone/Narcan and fentanyl test strips.

If available (though not required), bring past medical records, lab work, medication lists, immunization lists, insurance documentation.
