The Oakland Trust Health Center welcomes people who are unhoused and do not have primary care elsewhere; uninsured or undocumented; Medi-Cal: plain, Alameda Alliance, Blue Cross; Medi-Care, Family PACT.
For new patients: drop in at TRUST during open hours (provide transportation as needed) and call the coordinator listed so they can meet the patient in the waiting area for intake.

Trust Clinic is open for drop-in in-person and telehealth appointments, essential labs, injections, wound care, and COVID testing. M-F 8:30am-4pm, except Tues am.
