Anyone using drugs who wants sterile supplies (needles, syringes) and naloxone/narcan. HEPPAC, NEED and MHRC also offer fentanyl (fenty) test strips.
This contact list is kept current as a collaboration between Punks with Lunch, HEPPAC, Berkeley NEED, BACH.
LifeLong Medical Care street teams also offer naloxone and fentanyl test strips.
