We also reviewed our online directory as a tool to help with contacts and collaborations. We hope to make it more user-friendly and useful to both frontline workers making referrals as well as community members seeking services. Our next linkage meetings will focus on collaborations to improve linkages from the Highland and other Emergency Departments and linkages to/from housing services. Please check our events page later on for more details.
