On October 9, 2025, HIV service providers from around Alameda and Contra Costa counties gathered in San Leandro at the October 2025 Regional Case Managers meeting to connect and share on the topic of caring for clients with a history of incarceration.

These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work.

Objectives for the October 2025 RCM meeting:

  • Learn about jail-based medical services, including continuity of care and discharge planning.
  • Identify important considerations in caring for people with a history of incarceration.
