On June 4th, 2026, HIV service providers from around Alameda and Contra Costa counties gathered in San Leandro at the June 2026 Regional Case Managers meeting to learn and share information relating to services for Trans and Gender non-conforming clients and mental health referral options in Alameda County.

These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work.

Objectives for the June 2026 RCM meeting:

  • Learn about the East Bay Gender Affirming Care Working Group’s activities, and identify resources to support your trans and gender non-conforming clients.
  • Learn about Alameda County’s Mental Health Services, including the In-Home Outreach Team and identify referral processes for your clients in need of these services.
  • Discuss successes and challenges in referring clients to appropriate and needed services in the East Bay
