East Bay Getting to Zero

On February 12, 2025, HIV care service providers from around Alameda and Contra Costa counties gathered in the Redwood Room at the Alameda County office in San Leandro, CA for the first East Bay Getting to Zero Regional Case Managers meeting of 2025. These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work. 

  • Objectives for the December meeting: 
  • Learn more about East Bay harm reduction services for people who use drugs, including available treatment options for people motivated to reduce or eliminate drug use
  • Learn about navigating housing options for people who use drugs, and increase skills around supporting people who use drugs maintain housing
  • Increase knowledge about best practices in case management for people who use drugs, including building self-sufficiency
