Developed in collaboration with EBGTZ’s PrEP Navigators group, we’re proud to offer open access to the EBGTZ I NEED PEP and I NEED DOXYPEP cards.
With the I NEED PEP card, the group saw a need for a small resource that community members could use in the event of needing PEP afterhours in an ED settting. The front side of the card includes actual language a person could use with an ED provider to communicate the need for PEP along with patient and provider education via QR codes. On the back side are local hospital names and addresses where PEP can be obtained when one’s regular healthcare provider isn’t an option. The back side of the card is fully customizable for local ED resources, along with a QR code for Color Health telemedicine as well.
The I NEED DOXYPEP card was envisioned to be a conversation starter between patient and provider. The front side includes actual language and talking points a person could use to initiate a conversation with their provider along with a QR code linking to patient information on how to use DoxyPEP. The back side includes infomation for providers along with a QR code linking to a prescribing resource.
These are business card sized, discreet, and can be utilitzed in a variety of locations, clinical spaces, clubs, bars, outreach events, and testing venues.
Both cards are available in English and in Spanish.
