We provide harm reduction based services in Alameda County and Contra Costa County and serve people who are at increased risk for HIV, hepatitis C and other infectious diseases

HEPPACs syringe access program operates in the city of Oakland and three cities in Contra Costa County. Information on our fixed locations, listed below. Call 510-692-2643 for information on mobile syringe exchange locations.

Monday: Richmond: Rydin Road and Central (4:00pm-5:00pm) / 25th Ave and Nevin (5:00pm-6:00pm)
Tuesday: Bay Point, Solano Ave and Willow Pass Rd (6pm- 8pm) / Waterfront East 245 N Court St, Martinez, CA 94553 (12pm-1:30pm)
Thursday: Antioch 210 Fulton Street Shipyard (1:00pm-3:30pm)

Highlighted Services

Overdose prevention training, HIV and Hepatitis C counseling, testing & referral, herbal/acupuncture services, mobile abscess/wound care, unstructured harm reduction workshops, individual risk reduction counseling and hot cooked meals
