East Bay Getting to Zero

On June 13, 2024, HIV care service providers from around Alameda and Contra Costa counties gathered at Alameda County’s Redwood room in downtown San Leandro for East Bay Getting to Zero’s June Regional Case Managers meeting. These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work. The objectives of this meeting were to:

  • Objectives for the June meeting: 
  • Learn when and how to refer clients for legal services, and the resources that exist.
  • Learn how to design a housing search for and with formerly incarcerated clients.
  • Learn to identify activities and practices that support your personal well-being.
