Regional Case Managers meeting – June 13, 2024
Calling all Alameda/Contra Costa case managers, outreach workers, peer advocates, patient navigators and others who support people living with HIV OR people accessing prevention!
Come network with others in this field, stay up to date on program and medical information and access professional development opportunities.

- Learn how to design a housing search for and with formerly incarcerated clients.

Please note:
– Bring a refillable water bottle – there is a bottle filling station available for use.
– We are continuing to monitor developments around COVID-19 and are recommending the following: 1) Stay home and take care of yourself if you are feeling sick/unwell, even if your Covid test is negative. 2) Please wear a mask during the meeting (masks will be provided at the meeting.) 3) Food items will be available to enjoy outside of the meeting space.
