Calling all Alameda/Contra Costa case managers, outreach workers, peer advocates, patient navigators and others who support people living with HIV OR people accessing prevention!

Come network with others in this field, stay up to date on program and medical information and access professional development opportunities.

Intention: These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work.

This presentation will educate EBGTZ’s network on Project Open Hand’s mission, its specific role in advancing EBGTZ’s mission, and its current programs in Alameda County, including eligibility requirements and referral instructions.

  • Community Announcements
  • Crisis Support Services: Supports available to your clients 

This presentation will be an opportunity to de-stigmatize suicide, promote help-seeking, and increase knowledge about community resources. Learn about CSS 24/7 crisis line and text line as safe places to call/text, and that someone who cares will be available to pick up at any time.
