Regional Case Managers meeting – February 2025
Calling all Alameda/Contra Costa case managers, outreach workers, peer advocates, patient navigators and others who support people living with HIV OR people accessing prevention!
Come network with others in this field, stay up to date on program and medical information and access professional development opportunities.

Time: 10:30am – 1pm
Location: Redwood Room, Creekside Plaza, 1100 San Leandro Blvd, San Leandro, CA 94577
Intention: These meetings are a place for those working directly with clients to come together, network, get access to important updates and problem-solve the challenges they face in their work.
Objectives:
- Learn about East Bay harm reduction services for people who use drugs
- Identify available treatment options for people motivated to reduce or eliminate drug use
- Learn about navigating housing options for people who use drugs and increase skills around supporting people who use drugs maintain housing
- Increase knowledge about best practices in case management for people who use drugs, including building self-sufficiency
